Booking and Payment Terms

Vehicle Pickup and Drop-off

7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited Uses of Rental Vehicle
- Use of the vehicle for any unlawful activities is strictly prohibited. Engaging in racing, rallying, off-roading, or any dangerous driving practices is not allowed. Transporting hazardous materials is forbidden. Sub-letting the vehicle or permitting unauthorized individuals to drive it is not permitted. Operating the vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs is unacceptable. The vehicle must be used solely for its intended purpose, and adherence to passenger and weight limits is required. Driving outside the agreed geographical boundaries without prior approval is not allowed.
Breaching these terms may lead to rental termination and extra fees.
8. Liability Restrictions
To the fullest extent allowed by English and Welsh law, Car Hire Horwich is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims will not exceed the rental amount you paid in the past 12 months. This limitation does not apply to claims for death or personal injury resulting from negligence or fraud.
